Now the tasks of Sage, Luna and Aurora are to begin the journey, reach this settlement and establish diplomatic relations with its leaders.

The name of this settlement, which the trio must find, is Meram.

Perhaps it makes sense to first reach Burnsyde, ask the locals (maybe they have additional useful information) and then go southwest.
