A grand hallway

As the light fades I feel like I've forgotten something, something important. But whatever it is, it's probably not as important as the scene I see set before me.

Before my eyes is a grand hall with a blue carpet, decorated with ornamental suites of armour in front of every pillar, in between every pillar was a large painting that seemed to tell a story, if I wasn't so freaked out at the fact that we appeared to teleport I would probably want to examine the painting closer. Behind us is a massive door that upon inspection is locked, leaving us only capable of going down the hall.

Suddenly I feel a jab on my shoulder; there's only one person who greets me that way. I turn to face my assailant and there she is, Julie, my high-school bully. All throughout our high-school she would tease and harass me. One time she found out about the girl I liked and made sure everyone in school knew. That wouldn't be so bad if she didn't also tell my crush about the incident in 3rd grade. I couldn't even look at my crush anymore after that.

She's just staring at me like she isn't the reason why everyone called me "Poopy Pants Mark" all through high-school. Her bright blue eyes seemed to stare right through my soul and it made it hard for me to even hold a grudge while in her presence. Her look of excitement quickly turned to one of worry as she looks at my reaction to whatever the hell just happened.

She said something to me but I couldn't even process it. This grand hallway taking up my entire attention. It was as if it beckoned us to walk down it, so that's what I started to do.

It was a much shorter hallway than I thought, walked for only a minute and before us was a door far more grand than the one behind us. it looked like it would be really heavy but when I reached out to touch the door, it opened on it's own.
