A divided town.

"Silas is right." Harry Usher called out. "Maybe if we turn her over, they'll leave us alone."

A few towns folk quickly sided with Usher and Silas Burns. They moved towards Lisa. Suddenly a shot rang out. Everyone turned to see Caitlin Wilde sporting one of the towns recently aquired winchesters. Caitlin levered a new round into the chamber, shouldered the weapon and aimed it at Harry Usher.

"You want her," Caitlin said "You got to go thru me."

"And me." said Dan idly playing with a bowie knife.

"This woman is going to get you all killed." called out Silas.

"We're dyin' any way." Caitlin countered. "At least this way we have a fightin' chance."

"Anyone who wants to stand against the Black Lynchers," Lisa proposed "Meet at the hotel at 7pm."

"What about the rest of us?" asked Usher.

"Your on your own." Lisa answered bluntly. "We don't have the manpower to fight them across the whole town."

"Anyone who is concerned for their safety," Silas offered "Can sit it out at the Laughing Man. So long as we offer no resistance we'll be safe."

"Well, I guess that gives everyone three choices." Lisa said. "You can meet at the hotel to fight, hide out at the Laughing Man saloon under Silas Burns' offer of protection, or you can take your chances on your own."

Lisa then got off the table and left the Painted Lady.
