A day in Kay's life

[Note: this chapter is from the POV of Kay Dickinson, who was introduced in the previous chapter]

Senator Kay Dickinson is exhausted from a long day of legislative activity on Capitol Hill. She had worked hard to advance the priorities of her one real constituent, Elizabeth.

Today she had been lobbying for funding for a federal system of blood banks. These would be just one part of the infrastructure utilized by Elizabeth when she seized power. A national registry of blood types was just one of the things that she was pushing for behind the scenes, under the pretense of preparing for a national disaster. In past weeks, she had worked to chip away at federal funding for missing persons and human trafficking investigations. Elizabeth didn't want anyone investigating disappearances to strenuously. Kay had also been helping arrange meetings between Diana and Elizabeth, and senior members of the government and military. Some were turned to hybrids, others just enthralled.

Kay is a slender blonde woman with sharp northern European features. She stands about 5'10", and is quite imposing. She is in her forties, but looks younger thanks to her transformation. A hybrid does not undergo the same radical body changes that a full vampire would, but she definitely became slimmer and more youthful looking after turning. Her breasts became firmer, higher, and her waist narrowed slightly. Overall, she looked better now than she had in her twenties.

Kay

Kay exits her office building, and quickly puts on sunglasses. The sun is not deadly for her, but it is still profoundly unpleasant. A limo with dark windows waits for her. She gets in and shuts the door. Sitting inside is her chief of staff, Alexandra, who had also been turned into a hybrid. (Elizabeth and Diana had enthralled her entire staff, but Alexandra was her only "peer".) Alexandra has straight black hair, and piercing blue eyes. She stands about 5'3" with a full figure and a gorgeous round ass.

Next to Alexandra is an **** girl, gagged, her hands bound in her lap. The girl is topless, her breasts rising and falling slowly as she breathes. Kay recognizes the girl...Lucia, one of the college interns working in her office. Alexandra runs her fingers across the girl's breasts.

"Hungry?" She asks wickedly.

"Famished" Kay responds. Alexandra picks up a punch-like tool and pierces the girl's neck. The girl murmurs something but doesn't awaken. She is clearly ****. Alexandra quickly begins sucking on the girl's neck. Kay resents not having fangs, not being a full vampire. Kay takes the tool from her, and makes her own puncture on the other side of the girl's neck, and begins feeding. Hot blood pulses into her mouth. Mmmm, Lucia is one of my favorites Kay thinks.

Alexandra

The limo drives towards Kay's townhouse in a wealthy neighborhood of D.C.. the hybrids sip from the girl slowly, careful not to take too much. This is just an appetizer, Kay thinks, the real meal will be at home. She gets excited just thinking about what is waiting in her basement. Lucia's heartbeat feels irregular, so the hybrids stop feeding and bandage the girl's neck. Alexandra and Kay kiss over the girl's body.

"Alexandra, I had a really long day and need to relax" Kay says, hiking up her skirt and removing her panties. She slouches down in the seat. Alexandra knows what to do: she kneels on the floor of the cabin and begins to lick her boss. Alexandra knows just how to make Kay feel good. Kay had never has lesbian inclinations, let alone be intimate with her chief of staff, before she turned. Now, she found herself mostly uninterested in men. Kay strokes Alexandra's hair, her eyes closed. She thinks back, as she often does, to her transformation.

Kay was being driven home by her driver after attending a charity gala. It was late. She had been looking down checking her emails when the car screeched to a halt, jerking her forward.

"What the hell..." Kay said.

"There's some lady standing in there middle of the street, Senator" her driver said, confused. The woman watches them, smiling. Kay is becoming afraid.

"Carl, just go around her" Kay says, wanting to get out of there as soon as possible.

"Okay Sen...." Carl begins to say, but is cut off by a fist punching through his driver side window. A second woman grabs Carl by the head, pulling his body though the window. Kay is petrified. Carl screams as the woman bites viciously into his neck. The woman who had been standing in the middle of the road punches through a back seat window and unlocks the door. She gets into the back seat with Kay, grabbing the senator by the back of the neck and driving her fangs into her throat. Kay shrieks, and passes out.

Kay awakens naked, strapped to a table. The two women who had attacked her stand above her, watching her curiously.

"Glad you are back with us, Senator" the older one says, "we have a wonderful gift to share with you."

"I'll pay any ransom. I have money. You don't have to do this." Kay pleads frantically.

The women laugh. Kay sees their fangs and shudders. What are they? The younger one bites her wrist and holds it to Kay's mouth. "Open" she commands, and Kay feels compelled to open her mouth. The blood drips into her mouth. It tastes incredible. She is shocked but begins to swallow, sucking at the wrist, almost involuntarily.

The wrist is dragged away from her. The woman laughs to the other one about how thirsty the senator is. Kay is unstrapped from the table, and the women start to pick her up. She struggles, and one of the women, the younger one whose blood she drank, punches her in the stomach. She goes limp, and the strange women carry her and dump her into ice bath. Kay shivers, and has no idea what is happening.

The next thing Kay remembers is waking up in the ice bath, gasping for air. She is freezing, but her body feels...different.

The women help her out of the bath and give her a thick robe.

"Welcome to our sisterhood, Kay. My name is Jessica." The younger woman says, leaning down to kiss Kay. Kay is too confused to say anything.

"I'm Diana" the older one says, turning Kay's head by the chin into a kiss of her own. "You must be hungry, you poor thing. Here drink this, it will warm you up" Diana says, handing Kay a glass of warm red liquid.

"Is this...blood?" Kay asks, disgusted.

"Just try it" Jessica encourages.

It smells amazing, and I am so hungry Kay thinks. She tentatively sips the blood. This is delicious she thinks, unbelievably exquisite. She gulps down the rest of the mug greedily.

Jessica kisses her again. "It's even better direct from the vein: let us show you."

Over the next few weeks, Kay returned to her daily life, more or less. Diana and Jessica arranged her meals on weeknights, and she cleared her calendar on weekends to spend time at Elizabeth's mansion. Kay became an eager convert to Elizabeth's cause, reveling in her new found youth and vitality. She loved the blood, even if she wasn't a full vampire, and was honored to play such a pivotal role in the revolution.

Kay kept a copy of A Vampire's Manifesto in her desk at all times.

The car pulled into the garage of Kay's townhouse. Enthralled staff came to retrieve Lucia so that the girl could rest and recover. The senator couldn't be draining her interns. Luckily, there were others for that.

"It was a rough day" Kay sighs, "I really just need to drain someone". Alexandra smiles. The hybrids go into Kay's basement together and select a meal from the cage of captive women. They go to Kay's bedroom and wait for the staff to wash and bring their meal.

The hybrids strip off their clothes and begin to kiss. They sixty nine on the bed, Alexandra on top. No one knows how to pleasure me like Alexandra. Kay drives her tongue into her chief of staff, gripping her ass. Alexandra gets off of Kay, retrieving a strap-on and lube from the drawer. Kay lays back, and pulls her knees to her chest. I love being a vampire, even a halfling vampire Kay thinks, as she savors her meal with Alexandra.
