“Damien, come to kill me? Like the others all for this woman!” I shook my head before saying, “No, they will come soon and we should be ready!” he was amused by this before saying, “Why should I worry? This is the most fortified house in the country!” this caused me to argue back, “No matter how many guards you have patrolling they will find their way in, assassin’s do that you see even into your heart and then they strike!” he nodded before saying, “Miss her?” I nodded before shaking my head said, “It doesn’t matter, the thing we do is cut the cancer out of the country and fighting three of them by yourself won’t work!” he nodded hearing the guards shout I nodded, “here they come!” and backing into to the darkness waited for them to enter.
“Charles! Nice to finally see you!” Evie smirked and nodding he simply sat down on his chair before speaking, “Here I am. Interestingly enough Damien came by earlier, hurt by some woman who broke his heart or another. I sent him on his way because unlike you we forget and forgive, we aren’t stuck in our archaic ideals. He did say for me to do one thing, that was not to kill Henry...” Jacob queried it before looking at him said, “Why, surely Henry is the one person he definitely wants dead!” If was then when I walked out from my cover and looking at them Jacob groaned, “Damien don’t do this please, you are our friend!” I looked at them before saying, “The thing is...when you friends hurt you, are they actually your friends?” he looked over to Henry and Evie before nodding said, “I’m sorry for this Damien, I really am!”
