In this story, you play as a member of recently established federal agency established to create "sexual chaos"... which basically fucking horny people so everyone feels sexually satisfied. Without giving too much away, there will (hopefully) be a version with a sci-fi futa twist and a version without. (No guarantees, though).
This world is what I like to call "semi-freeuse," so consent is important and necessary, but also almost always given. Obviously, this is a radical warping of reality, which is part of the fun.
