Banan in solitude
Banan, having been raised in the captivity of the tyrant Escaba, was brought up as an elite warrior until his eventual escape. Without purpose, he took residence in a small fishing village west from Escaba’s reach. Here he started a family. Not all was well with the world however, and divine, malevolent beasts named locusts were released from the earth. They were a punishment released too soon, and could imbue any soulful creature with the mark of the locust, stripping them of their soul, but granting them unexplainable power. Eventually a single locust found its way to Banan’s village. Fearing the inevitable return of Escaba, Banan sold his soul in order to be indomitable in battle, unbeatable. With this infernal transaction, his body and mind were transformed, growing black scales over his body. Infernal rage unwillingly overtook his body, leading him to slaughter his entire village with his new limitless power.
