Jonah Plesius and two of his two female colleagues end up in a different part of the world from where Yuri ended up, and the circumstances around Yuri's disappearance made the news because the odd series of events around it made the news for months after Yuri's disappearance. On the way from work, Jonah and his two female coworkers experience something similar and find themselves on a strange archipelago changed, with unusual abilities. The three found themselves noticeably changed, in ways that would have them all gracing swimwear magazines, in addition to gaining access to mystical abilities they are unfamiliar with.
