Visit from the nude dimension

In the multiverse there exists infinite universes. Some are completely different from ours while others are almost identical except for one or two differences big or small. However even in the universes who’s number is infinite there exist one universe that is truly unique from all the others. Universe 8008 this universe is just the same as ours in terms of laws of physics, structure. There is just one difference in this universe’s earth every human is naked and horny.

Ever since the dawn of humanity never once have humans felt shame or embarrassment at their nude forms or sexual intercorse. Never once have they thought to cover themselves with garments. Millions of years of history and not a single undergarment or even sock has been worn. Humanity survived through the millennials constantly naked and fucking whenever and wherever. Due to this these humans have evolved into relative super humans not feeling so much as a shiver in winter or developing a sunburn on their butt.

One day whether an experiment or just an act of god people from this dimensions have disappeared and ended up in our dimension. How will they adapt to this world of clothes and non constant sex?
