Transcending the sexual arms race

Well, I am here to tell my personal story, but first a little about myself: I am a 20-year-old non-binary (I was born with a dick, if you need to know) bisexual nerd. I have red hair in a pixie cut, freckles, and I am really white. 2 years ago I was blessed with wonderful powers, but first a fun fact about my reality. All STDs/STIs were eradicated in the 90s by an airborne miracle vaccine (invented by a coalition of Canadian, Japanese and Brazilian scientists). Cool right? Ok, back to my situation.

-Everyone I sexually interact with will retroactively be given an enema, and their menstrual cycle is (also retroactively) changed in such a way that they actually just started ovulating around 12 hours ago.

-Whenever I perform a sexual act, if there is anyone underage who could possibly witness it, they'll be retroactively placed in a safe location away from the scene.

-Everybody considers all actions I take as normal, permissible and acceptable behavior; this does not mean apathy towards all my actions, just tolerance. This applies to me and to anyone else involved in that action. For example, I could decide to pay an Uber by offering to fuck their ass on the sidewalk. The driver will in turn accept the proposition, nobody minding the public ass fucking. In the aftermath, the driver will casually put their clothes on, go back to work, and I could just continue to walk through the streets bottomless and happy after another great fuck.

-If I specifically think about it, I can change by touch anyone's (including my own) physical, primary, and/or secondary sexual characteristics. Examples: turning someone into the opposite sex entirely. Transforming a penis into a vagina and vice versa. Giving someone a prostate. Changing someone's genitals, hips, fat distribution, muscle mass, body hair, ass, or chest; shape, size and appearance. Modifying someone's fertility levels. Shortening one’s refractory period. Temporarily increasing an individual's sex drive. Etc…
