Circe's flower is a small florist close to the red light district. Standing in what looks more like an alley than an actual street, it looks absolutely out of place and one would easily wonder how it can sustain itself with so little visibility. No one knows when it opened, some will say that it was already there when they founded the city, and it's not the only rumor about this place.

As the customer pass the flower trays and push the glass door, he enter into a small but well decorated store, covered with all sorts of flowers. From the classic rose to the rarest orchids. The smell of all the flowers combined let him imagine wonderful places to travel and by closing his eyes, he can easily imagine them.

Pasiphae, a beautiful redhead usually dressed with a long skirt and a black skin tight top welcome the customers with a warming smile. Despite looking in her twenties, her green eyes shows too many experiences in tragedy and . Yet she's very friendly and listen to her customers with attention, giving them a great service.

Rumor in the streets says that in the back-store of this shop wait Circe. Those who needs magic can ask her for anything and she will provide for a price.

Most don't believe it, but there are still the and the curious that comes and ask for her to Pasiphae. The latter open the back door to them and let them meet the witch alone, where they can make their demand in private. But every time there is a price to pay, it rarely is an immediate payment and never money. Most of the time, the person who have their miracle granted need to regularly pay the price with offerings, sometimes the cost is the lost of something precious and of inestimable value. But if one decide to ignore that cost, his life will suffer drastic changes.

Circe looks like a beautiful blonde woman with very revealing clothes when she wear any. Her presence is divine and leave a feeling of insignificance. Her cold blue eyes seems to pierce your very soul and her attitude only shows indifference or curiosity behind an empty smile.
