Since you are a new nation your army is not that strong, leaving you with just below the amount of troops in an average army at around 2,500 samurai and 600 shinobi. However, as a island nation your navy is very good, highly above average With a fleet of 400 military ships.

As and island nation you rely on trade with the mainland of the Elemental nations for most of your goods and wealth. However, with a quick conquest of a small mainland nation you are sure to solve that problem as well as increase your nations population and military strength. You could also choose to solve the problem of resources diplomatically by making them a vassal, you could use your charm and try to assimilate other countries into your nation, or, if their leader is a female, make their leader another woman in an ever growing harem you could create.

So many choices for you to make, will you sit there and create a legacy within your own nation, or will you spread your ideals and have your nation grow to become the most powerful nation to ever exist within the Elemental Nations.
