Long ago did holy knights of an organization thought long gone in the modern age do battle with powerful sorcerers that had dared to play with ancient evils far beyond that of even godly understanding. Great old ones of terrible power.
And the knights lost.
Once their sorcerers had completed their spells, the ancients evils and mysteries were unleashed upon the world. Nothing could stop them and those very same sorcerers that worshiped them were taken into the abyss with the rest of humanity. Everything and everyone was altered mind, body, and soul by the powers that be.
Years later, humanity civilization is long crumbled, the ecosystem is a wild and chaotic mess, and all things that lived… are now Futas. Nightmarish Futas that could only be fathomed from madness and nightmares spawned from the powers far above them. Chimeras and ghastly beings alike transformed into sex crazed beasts that combine the genders of man and woman, mostly woman and the genitals of man really, but besides the point, that hunt and stalk each other to fuel their sexual energies.
In their final moments, humanity had learned that these creations were a reflection of the great old ones who, despite being higher beings, also craved carnality in the ultimate expression. Futas. And lots of them.
Who knows, maybe a new Old One shall be born from this age of abyssal sexual nightmares… but who truly knows…
