The Futa Condition

The Futa condition was officially recognized as a disease about thirty years ago, the year is 2022 and study is still ongoing with no sign of a cure being made. They did however make a few other breakthroughs that kept their government funded research facilities up and running despite their lack of progress.

As for the particulars of this disease it is present in females that also have a cock and balls, it makes them hyper aware of females pushing them to be aroused by them. It can only be inherited and doesn't spread to anyone who doesn't fit this criteria. When they get sufficiently aroused they will be unable to relieve themselves by hand, this has resulted them in forcibly attacking the ones who got them so aroused in the first place. There are mutations that happen in every one of them meaning that while one might have a certain properties that doesn't mean another will have them.

The labs themselves are cutting edge facilities filled with bright minds working on the cure, at least on paper as after an incident where female employees were attacked. There was some lobbying and it was decided that no female should be in the labs that were studying this disease. Over time the Futas pushed out most of the males and females were brought back as test subjects. Now labs are less interested in actually going for a 'cure' and are instead studying things they can have fun with. They occasionally release some studies making it seem like they are still making progress, though they could probably just turn into a company and start selling products.

It was very quickly that they removed actual paperwork as almost all futas spray a lot of cum out. Instead all 'paperwork' Is digital handled with waterproof tablets and computers. Some more outdated facilities might have real paperwork but its only a matter of time before they get upgrades.

When the plans came through on how to deal with futas in general the government let them start hiring girls for relief as there was really no other option, from there wasn't too hard to get them to agree to be test subjects as well.

While the population of futas is incredibly small, 1% of eight billion is still a lot of people across the world. So they don't have the numbers to do more than control the research facilities.

As for the breeding rates of the world:
Male + Female = 50% each
Futa + Female = 80% Female 20% Futa
Male + Futa = 60% Female 20% Male 20% Futa
Futa + Futa = 20% Futa
The numbers are by no way correct just know that its rare for a futa to be born but it does happen. Generally a futa will give birth to at least one with a single partner, or two if they are especially active about it. Its also a perfectly normal for there to be no futas born. This also doesn't take into account contraceptives as like normal people they might just not want children. Sometimes there are mutations in the condition that allows the futa to circumvent any contraceptive.
