Slavery in America

In a not so distant future, race relations in the United States have taken a drastic turn for the worse. Repeated, unceasing race riots plagued all the major cities. Looters roamed the streets for years straight. Government employees were continually assaulted or even killed, businesses ceased to function, the complete collapse of society was imminent.

In desperation, and as a response to growing racially prejudiced sentiment in this new America, an emergency Constitutional Amendment was passed in the form of a revised 13th Amendment. Black and brown men, regardless of their personal affiliations or accomplishments, would be sent to work camps at an early age. Black and brown women, who had more consistently been stable contributors to society, were allowed to keep their current status in society with one exception - they were now legally unable to refuse any man over 18 use of their body.

Black men would now contribute their sweat to the good of society, like it or not. Black women could still contribute if they desired, and would slowly, and forcefully when necessary, be bred until their children were legally considered fully "black free".

Society has stabilized to the new norm. People again can walk in the streets, the economy chugs along, and black women all over the nation have mostly adjusted to their new lives.
