Rooms for Rent

Sexy times with the new housemates.

Chapter 1 by johnhoftb johnhoftb

It had been a year, a year since the of your beloved Great Aunt Rachel. She had passed away quietly in her sleep and the funeral was beautiful. You had watched the memorial proceedings with tears in your eyes as you remembered the times you spent with her during the summer in her house just outside of her hometown. She never had children of her own, so she spoiled your mother, her niece, and your mother's siblings, and you and her siblings.

A few days after the funeral, you got a call from Aunt Rachel's attorney. She had left you something in her will, meeting up with him he told you she had given you her home, and a million dollars with the condition you would spend at least half of it on improving the place.

The house was a home built about a hundred years before you acquired it, and it had been in your family since it had been built. Your Aunt lived in it for about a decade after your great-grandparents passed away before her own declining health her to move in with your uncle. The house had been deteriorating for years.

The house itself had four large bedrooms, the master bedroom took up the entire third floor, with a landing connecting to the stairwell, while the other three bedrooms took up the second floor, the first floor had a general living area, a nice kitchen, and a dining room. An attic upstairs went unused except for storage.

Not even a week later you were there assessing ways to improve the house without destroying it outright. Redoing walls, electrical wiring, shingles, plumbing, nearly everything you did by yourself with some help from the nearby town and the rest of your family.

But despite all this, you knew you weren't going to be able to keep going like this. The repairs had dwindled the amount of funds you had to a couple hundred thousand, and any more improvements along the way would need more cash in hand, and you would also need more cash flowing into your pockets for just basic upkeep and bills.

That's when you had a perfect idea, to rent out the three available rooms to others. You talked with your parents and you figured a reasonable rate for the rent and a legal document for your renters to sign before they moved in. You figured you would never have to work for anyone again and that was a biggest bonus of all.

You had posted an ad for renters both online and in the local newspaper and only had to wait for applicants.
