Coping with ENF

After talking to your family about your experiences and suffering for a while, they have referred you to what they call the best therapist in town. After thinking about it for a while, you give a call to the number they gave you and schedule an appointment. One Saturday morning, dressed in your underwear, blouse, skirt, and stockings, you enter a room to the therapist's office, who invites you in and lays you down on the couch.

"Good morning," the therapist greets you warmly, "what are you in for?"

"It's for something that happened to me a while back," you demur as you settle in, "I was ... in front of everyone not wearing a whole lot of clothes. I haven't been the same since, and I was hoping you could help me overcome my trauma and put this all behind me."

"Well, I'm sure I can help. What happened to you?"

Drawing in a deep breath, you begin to recount the tale of your embarrassment and how it has affected you. This isn't easy for you, but in order to heal and grow you feel as though you must divulge everything to the therapist. You go back into your dark days and start from the beginning of your story.

What happened? Was your ENF experience acute or chronic? Were you the only one naked?
