"Well, I've always been worried about being seen naked." You begin.

"Why?" The therapist asked.

"Why? Well... it would be embarrassing!" You explain, thinking how obvious that was.

"What would be so embarrassing?" The therapist pressed.

"Well, I..." You look down, adverting your gaze. "I have some... secrets."

"Secrets? What does that mean?" The therapist raised an eyebrow.

"It's... it's not important!" You snap.

"April, this therapy will only be productive if you're honest." The therapist explained.

"I... well... I wear some enchantments." You admit reluctantly.

"What are those?"

"I... okay, I have some padding in my bra." You blush furiously at the admition. "But not a lot! Just a couple cup sizes..."

"Is that all?" The therapist asked.

"I... um... I also gained some weight." You admit. "So I wear shaping panties, to compress my butt and make it look perkier."

"Well, I can see why you'd be worried about your secrets getting out." The therapist said. "So what happened next?"
