Ontology

Chapter 1 by L. Nero L. Nero

In this world, the emotional spectrum is not actually a spectrum, and it is more similar to a phase diagram, called state of emotions (like "state of matter"). Three basic emotional states exist, and are high, low, and uncertain. The lower state is positioned in the lower half of the diagram, and it's defined by emotions such as calmness; the uncertain state is clockwise the next in line, formed by emotions such as fear, anxiety; the higher is formed by emotions such as excitement, attachment, attraction. Depending on the mood, if it is positive then the user has great control over its emotion, but if it's negative it's the opposite.

Subsequential enhancements (in a positive mood):

A subject that has great control of the lower state produces certain hormones that make the experience of temperatures feel like no change at all. When a subject enters deeply in an uncertain state, it can unconsciously transform the sense of fear into courage and gain hysterical strength via certain hormones such as adrenaline. The same goes for the higher state, transforming into excitement. The lower and higher states can exist simultaneously in a supercritical emotion, thus making the subject both superhumanly strong and able to survive temperatures (based on supercritical fluids).

An extremely rare and hard-to-reach region in the diagram is the triple point, where all states exist simultaneously in a state of euphoria, meaning that the subject is completely immune to pain and in a constant state of apathy. It is called the feeling state because the user is able to control its emotions perfectly.

…and diminutions (in a negative mood):

A user in a low state will feel its mind going blank, and will faint right after. If the subject is in the uncertain state, it will cause great fear and anxiety. The high state is defined by excitement and lust; if in a negative mood, it will bring a sense of vulnerability and embarrassment.

The conceptual state: All states have to be guided by a multidimensional (essential but non-fully comprehensible thriving state) described as the concept of desire. That's why even the most apathetic or calm subjects continue to be, to exist with their abstract purpose or curiosity. In fact, the consciousness of the individual creates a persona based on the memories accumulated over its history crafted by its body mechanics; therefore is just the organisms incapable of maintaining their inner processes, and returning their individual consciousness to the Whole universe. A magician able to manipulate a subject into losing completely its desire won't change anything, because the subject's consciousness will craft another desire until its .

Axioms:

Desire (all "living" things, or better all states of active consciousness)

(all other things, or all states of passive consciousness)

It is, in fact, this Whole universe the centrifugal of all consciousness, meaning that it is, indeed, an entity. It may be described as the constant embrace of and Desire. Before the advent of delirium in the universe, and after the destruction of itself during its last soliloquy, those two "lovers" were eternally bonded together. "If by any chance they were to be observed beyond reality, their template would look like a black monolith, in the emptiness of light or, better, the impossibility and absurdity of nothingness. This canvas is where the author imagined their work, with their meta power manipulation."

A supreme entity should be omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient. Based on this axioms, the following is an ontological proof, an explanation of the universe:

Nothing by definition cannot exist, since it is null.

If the Universe does not exist, nothingness exists. Therefore the Universe exists.

The Universe is, by definition, all that exists, and therefore omnipresent.

If omnipresence does not exist, then the Universe itself cannot exist. Therefore it exists.

If omnipresence exists, and is a fundamental property of God, then there are the other properties of God.

If omnipresence exists, and is a fundamental property of God, then God is all that makes up the Universe, therefore the Universe itself.

If God is the Universe and is omnipotent, any possibility is reality, so such results are defined by functions and exist by necessity.

If such functions exist by necessity, then any event exists by necessity, so it is present.

If God is omniscient, and every event is present, then past and future do not exist and God is eternal. Time is just a form of measurement.

If God is the Universe and is omniscient, then any subject retains that property, varying the degree of consciousness depending on the state of complexity in which it finds itself.

A subject can be aware of itself and, depending on the degree of consciousness, reflect on itself.

If a state reflects on itself, it can generate fundamental questions related to the reason for its existence.

If a subject tries to express itself, it can generate art.

If a subject tries to define itself, it can differentiate itself from others by generating culture.
