Enchanter

The real "magicians" are actually just hypnotists, meaning that they use suggestions as objects for reaching mindfulness (low state) in them or their subjects (it is something also achieved by meditation, although it's important to note that it is achievable in that way only for one selves). From the low state they can guide the subject or themselves into different states and specific emotions, either in a positive or negative mood.

There are various hypnotic inductions, divided in voluntary and involuntary. The relaxation technique involves comfort, muscle relaxation, breath control and autonomous sensory meridian response; it causes the mind to go into a trance. It is essentially a voluntary induction, that's why it's used to make someone close such as Disciples gain enhancements but can sometimes be used to erase those same enhancements.

The pattern technique is an involuntary induction, and it involves breaking common social norms such as greeting someone by making him feel off-balance. It is used generally to unknowingly subjects. The pattern technique is usually followed immediately by the eye fixation, using an object to create a trance.

Self-hypnosis is usually achieved via breath countdown (since meditation does not require a suggestion, meditation is not hypnosis, but it can obviously be used for the same purpose in reaching the low state).

Although telepathy is not possible in this world, when a subject is in a trance the hypnotist can simply ask for answers, thus having subconscious responses, meaning true responses. The magician able to effectively hypnotize is called an enchanter. An enchanter can effectively control every movement and action of the subject after hypnotizing it.

Enchanters reach the supercritical emotion (lust) through sexual practices. "The atmosphere around an enchanter could not be described without thinking of arousement and sexual entertainment. The ambiguity of their look and manners makes for an immediate disadvantage for anyone. They are masters in their craft, real cheaters."

It is not uncommon for an enchanter to incorporate bestiality into their sexual life. Live octopuses have been found inside enchanters' uteruses. Enchanters have also introduced the first drugs to stimulate one's hormones to remain in a constant state of lustfulness.
