Mega Swapper

Dr. Issacs and Dr. Stones are at their own offices, surrounded by the regular white walls and grid framed celling that's also white colored. They're old and wrinkled hands were doing the usual document reading, looking through and analyzing the given data before having their patient to meet them in their quarters.

"Now what do we have here..." Dr. Issacs braced to read this seemingly exaggerated complaint, chuckled at the wording that's put into it.

Meanwhile there's two young adults held outside by his assistant nurse, by the looks of it they are husband and wife...

"Please-please-please, we need to talk to Dr. Issacs!" The woman begged

"I'm sorry but your reports seemed hyperbolic and fictional, please don't waste a doctor's time!" The nurse adamantly stood her ground

"Seemed? look nurse, you didn't felt what we've been through!" The man pressed their shared argument to the nurse's face from a manly finger point.

Dr. Issacs facepalmed to the face regarding the man-childs outside his door.

But as he scowled to the window, notably the man, he saw a familiar face from him. His face seemed to be related to the one that stood by his side for many years in making his first invention, which was a failed attempt in getting him to the top. He hadn't contacted him ever since, their final interaction was when that man wanted to take his invention for him as a memory souvenir.

Dr. Issacs then walked towards the door, to see the adamant couple, his assistant and Dr. Stones.

"Let me handle them nurse, I'm in the same specialty as Dr. Issacs and..." Dr. Stones wanted to take them in, but Dr. Issacs decided to meet this man outside. "Nurse, its okay, let them in." Dr. Issacs said to the nurse's surprise and the 'couple's joy. He then proceeded to give Dr. Stones a thumbs up sign for him to willing to take his precious time to handle the mess not assigned to him.

"What an effort you two gave to see me heh, and your brain seemingly out of your head? Good thing I'm in a mood for sci-fi discussions haha!" Dr. Issacs raised his aging eyebrow at the document he re-read and chuckled as he finished. But they scowled at what he said just now, which Dr. Issacs double-backed on being informal and decided to treat them as formal clients.

"Errhhm. So, Mr. and Mrs. ...Grimes, how can I help you?" Dr. Issacs said to them with pleasant smile. Aside from noticing more and more familiarity out of Mr. Grimes, He couldn't miss the chance to leer onto Mrs. Grimes's natural beauty despite her lacking cosmetics that day.

"Well doc, I know this was years ago but do you still remember about 'The Swapper'?" Mr. Grimes said. Dr. Issacs smiled to his hypothesis proven true but still it prompted him to dig through his own memory.

"We recall there's your name on its surface." Mrs. Grimes said. Which made Dr. Issacs thankful for his obsession in attaching his name to everything he made.

"The Swapper, hmm... I did invented it but it hadn't worked as far as I knew so I just gave it away to my lab partner." He responded.

"Oh doc we're here for your good news, it worked!" He sparked, which lit Dr. Issacs's eyes with excitement

"Really? Oh that's great! So where's the swapper?!" Dr. Issacs said, he was really giddy and never since his breakthrough of the brain transplant. He had a brief moment of flashback to when he made it many years ago, to when he's frequently being picked on due to his massive body weight alone. It was one of his start into the late success he is today, the start of delving into brain science and devoted his life to study more and more about it. He finally discovered the way to make it work, but the reality of time finally made sense to him that his body's really old. The news reignited those desires from long ago, now wanting to escape his old age to living in a younger body and continue living the benefit from his late-discovered cash cow (secret illegal brain transfer).

Meanwhile Mr. and Mrs. Grimes was surprised to see the doctor's burst of happiness. Dr. Issacs's smile extended ear to ear and his calm grey eyes suddenly opened up more to see more life out of those grey eyes.

"I-Its in our house, hidden by-uh..." Mr. Grimes paused

"By our parents!" Mrs. Grimes giddily said the rest

Dr. Issacs' thought process made a sudden stop, as he got the logical reason behind their childish mannerisms and the lack of make-ups for a woman fully dressed in a set of Gucci apparels.

He's resuming them back whilst emptying his fantasies of the beautress seated opposite of his side of the desk.

"W-wait, wait, so I'm talking to kids now?"

"Y-yeah, pretty much." The kid as Mr. Grimes casually confirmed

"What a relief... Hi, I'm Danny and this is Jake!" Mrs. Grimes's face lightened way up, driven by her kid's naïve joyous mood

Dr. Issacs was startled with the revelation, his invention worked all this time and the real people in front of him had taken advantage of it.

He went grim for a moment with his eyes solely focused on the wall behind the two 'adults', remembering his old lab partner's face and cursed his deed into stealing what could've been his first breakthrough. Although Dr. Issacs quickly relapsed that there's two innocent kids in front of him and he needed them to be reunited with his first ever invention.

"Okay kids... lets go home." Dr. Issacs smiled and allow Jake and Danny to leave his room with him in tow.

Days later with Alex Flanders' (Yours') predicament...

"Hey Alex! Welcome back to the land of living man!" Josh called out to you as you parked your bicycle.

"-defying numb nuts gimme five!!!" Cassie walked with Josh holding her palm up.

"Hey guys!" You replied her high five and greeted them. You three finally unite after your car accident involving your family because of a drunk driver. The three of you unite with the bestie handshake for identity confirmation before moving on to the talks.

You three are quite deep into the sci-fi believe and funnily prepare for any of those sci-fi plot twists happening, that's one of the reasons behind the handshake to a ridiculous but mattered to a sci-fi POV.

Good thing this semester year was kind by having your best friends together with you. Class can be so dull and especially when the session is all lectures, unless the lecturer is Miss Moreno with her alluring body and beauty. This was of course the only class you're excited about over the day's period.

"Josh!... why are you late on submissions?" Miss Moreno suddenly met Josh's eyes and shot her question, the only part you didn't want to happen. A rare case since she usually would ask you, instead of the hyped and motivated Josh

"Uh-ah-uh...wait Miss Moreno..." Josh juggled his own panicked mind

"...I had a sick day." His nervous and heating moment can't whip up his usual jokester

"I expected more, do take care of your health Mister Whittaker." Miss Moreno said without smiles

Josh cried within for blowing today's chance to woo her, while you, and Cassie patted him for his effort.

The other face you wished to see that day was none other than Kaylee, your crush who've you been getting closer and closer.

Its been months of anticipation for you to finally have one of your dreams fulfilled.

A dream of attending the College Prom with your crush, give her a good time and express your high love meter of her.

"So have you guys watched the new Star Wars movie?..." your ear catch some of Cassie's words as your focus was elsewhere.

You followed with yesses and noes and repeatedly apologize when they tease your in-and-out attitude, especially towards Cassie who gave you the look and pissed.

"Earth to Alex... Earth to...!!!" Before Cassie continued more brash out of your ignorant attitude, there's your crush, Kaylee, seen as she's showing up from the wall frame of the cafeteria entrance.

"Goodluck bro!" Josh gave the push you need to approach her amongst her own circle.

Cassie sighed but understands and let you meet Kaylee.

"H-hey Kaylee!" You roll out a greeting as you arrived in front of her. She and her friends stopped further steps. But, to your dismay, they (Phoebe and Sophie) won't leave Kaylee's side.

"Alex!" She answered, her cute smile and wavering shoulders made you think that she's also nervous to see you.

The tension was high, your mind was pumped up. Seeing her side-by-side with her besties raced your mind for many visual glimpses of so many alternate possibilities. Having no experience in this matter, you easily admit to its general truth of uncontrollability. Your body felt light as a feather and feeling nothing but sog from your perspiring skin ready to pour its sweat.

"Uh, looks like I'm back in time for the dance!" You said with your teeth smile.

"Yeah..." Kaylee said

"Thank god you did Alex! cause I don't wanna drag you out here or see her dateless!" Sophie called out.

"Well it seemed like you got this. We'll go ahead and grab us a seat." Phoebe signaled Sophie to walk ahead, and left some whisper of playful teases as they passed you by.

"Uh so, are you busy tomorrow?"

"If so, then-ah its okay..." You asked her, heating up inside hoping for her to say 'Yes'.

Note:

• If Kaylee and Alex goes to the dance, he'll certainly be one of the swapped persons.
• If Kaylee can't go then Alex won't go, he'll be safe from the mega-swapper's effect.
