The world has a 50/50 split of Futanari and regular women, Males do not exist. Futanari are women who have a penis, though they themselves can be split into two genders, Pure and Hybrid.

Though most first world countries have a large areligious/atheist population, it is still followed by about 60% of the population, 40% being moderate or casual-, and 20% being true believers. Despite its direct influence waning, it is still responsible for many aspects of modern morality, like the total acceptance of relationships within the family as well as the lower status of women and higher status of Pure Futas. There are many sects, though all agree on the main points.
