In another world defined by anime genres

Your life was over before there was time to panic. One second you were watching a truck speed towards you, the next you were in a black void receiving a disapproving look from a cute girl seated on a throne, wearing a ballet dress and knee-high boots.

From years of watching anime you knew she was a goddess about to give you an exciting new life in another world....

... And you were %90 positive that she was a tsundere.

"That makes eight-hundred-and-fifty lives you have gone through without doing anything important enough to count as either good or evil. When we devised the great wheel of karma we expected that everyone would either ascend to heaven or descend to hell before the earth is destroyed. To make matters worse your apathy disease is spreading."

Definitely a tsundere. You try to think of something to say but get cut off.

"As patient zero we are testing an measure to make you do SOMETHING." The goddess waved her hand and in a flash of light a table was summoned with a pack of cards resting on it. "You spent the last two lives watching anime and the life before that reading manga so we will make a world for you out of your favourite genres.

"Before you ask the other people of this world will be on their first human (or equivalent) life. Unlike you they are moving forward."

She pulled a card from the deck and laying it on the table announced "Your favourite genre of anime is..."

Pick three, four or five genres of anime and mix their tropes together to make a new fantasy world for your character to live in. I strongly recommend not copying shows exactly but don't feel obliged to be especially original either.
