Futa Mansion

Futanari are the third sex that began cropping up more and more in the recent years. Inviting people over is completely acceptable, however the matriarch doesn’t take responsibilities for anything that might happen to them. After all, it is dangerous to bring someone to this den of hungry women.

The mansion was purchased by the matriarch, who not only funds the place, but is also the oldest permanent resident. She welcomes all other futas who seek for a place to live, but always makes sure that they know who is really in charge.
