Ed grew up in a quiet cul de sac in a nice neighbourhood, nothing bad had ever really happened to him until he was 8 when his dad died in an accident. Life could have taken many turns but his mom, Holly, was a strong woman who avoided despair and instead concentrated on raising her son as best she could as a widowed mother.
