Doomgal

As doomguy slaughtered the demonic titan heading the invasion of mars, his blood still yet boiled with intense hatred for the things that were not only killed all his fellows of the UAC, his platoon, the countless innocent bystanders, but his beloved pet rabbit Daisy. Though he basked in this glorious moment, having slain one of the key creatures behind the invasion and the boss of the spider mastermind and the cyber demon, and so many barons of hell, he heard the groans of imps nearby.

He threw his gaze to the sound and saw the creatures jumping through a strange door in the middle of the wall, shimmering redly. Reloading his super shotgun and driven by his righteous fury, he charged just as the last of the imps entered and the door began to close. He leapt, dove, then just barely rolled in through the ever closing doorway. Managing to get through just in time, he turned to see the door disappear.

He looked up and saw the imps still running, in the desert-blasted hellscape with burning red skies and a faraway volcano. In the distance, caco demons, elementals of pain, and flying skulls could be seen. He gripped his hand on his shotgun.

Only it wasn't there, and when he looked down, he saw that his combat armour bulged out at his chest, with a new weight. He looked behind and saw that his hips grew larger just as his ass did. His thighs were thicker with new muscles, and his waist grew just a little thinner. The strangest change he could feel so far, was his dick vanishing, replaced with something else he wasn't so sure about.

He checked his pack for all his weapons and ammo, but they were all gone too.

Then something fuzzed in her head, and she shook it off, wondering just now why she thought she had a dick, she was born a woman, so why would she ever have one of those?

But since she had no weapons but her fists and her killer legs, she knew she would have to work hard to take down the demon hordes, and she would, even if she had to dominate every dick, crush every pair of balls, and peg every asshole she came across.
