Breeding in Space

        When you boarded the ship, you never thought something like this would ever happen. That was before you were woken.

        The ship had an automated system that controlled everything. Not only was the ship supposed to fly itself to the colony, it also monitored each of the passengers in the cryo-pods, and employed it own defenses and counter measures. In the unlikely outcome of something going wrong, the automated system would active the necessary protocols for what ever situation came up. The system was supposedly programmed for any scenario. And so it was, that the system initialized protocols that would wake you up.

        The cryo-pods were held in a compartment of the vessel that would keep them safe during the journey. The automated system would each pod to a designated quarters before waking the pod's occupant. And so it had for your own pod as you found yourself waking up.
