Amy Eastwood was a happy-go-lucky young woman who always found the silver lining to every cloud. "Today is another beautiful day!" she would say each morning.

The only thing really out of the ordinary for Amy was that she was more resilient than most to anything negative in the world. She always had a smile and a kind word. When faced with challenges, she never gave up. Even when things got stressful or sour around her, she found it within herself to turn the energy around and look for a way to rise above it.

The bus traveled all the way through town, and stopped at 8:22, right in front of the Wexler Tower -- where Amy worked, on the 11th floor, as a receptionist for a law firm.

This story begins on a Thursday. In most ways, this Thursday was no different from any other Thursday. Amy certainly didn't sense anything unusual. She showered, dressed, had some breakfast, and walked to the Number 19 bus.
