This world is at peace in year 2020 and steadily advancing to the Space exploration age. Crimes still exist but gang and hotspots are no more, however sexual harassment hotspots are common(mostly against blacks). Countries are autonomous with a meritocratic/electoral coalition in the center called Earth's Prosperity and Advancing Communities Union(E.P.A.C.U) .
