[The misadventures of K-T]

This is a transfer and continuation of my "what if katie was a boy named K-T instead?" branch on the awesome story https://chyoa.com/story/The-Humiliation-of-Katie.10376 since this part of the story flips around and has a boy being stuck naked, bottomless and in various embarrassing or exposing situation, I decided to make it a standalone story for more visibility (the other story is tagged with female mc). Expect some ENM, CFNM, some crossdressing ( not the main focus but it might happen).
Everyone is adult , healthy, doesn't risk accidental pregnancy and the world operates on the usual porn logic that avoid all the fun stopping and everyone ending in jail.

Who named their kids K-T? His parents apparently. They named him Kyle-Thomas, Thomas isn't his middle name, it's legally part of his first name.

As a kid, because it was too long and too complex to call him and have him write it, everyone started calling him K-T much to the fun than happened each time there was a misunderstanding about it. Having been registered for school and other things under this nickname rather than his full name he had to start using it too, despite the issues and bullying he got from it.

Of course just having a ridiculous name and sometimes meeting someone that expected a girl wouldn't be the end of the world. There was the other thing.

When he stopped using diapers (early as he hated them.) his mom and aunt Jill let him use the potty but didn't trust him to dress himself afterwards. They kept him bottomless wearing a large t-shirt. As such even after growing up he didn't see the trouble in that. Come puberty it changed, his growing dick and frequent erections make it awkward to dress that way around the house. (and impossible to go outside in that outfit like when he was younger.) His mom and aunt didn't seem to notice that he was now a grown 18 year old boy with a 7 inches dick prone to lift at the sight of any girl and continued to treat him like before.

His casual attitude toward nakedness or near nakedness brought him troubles elsewhere, in locker rooms, pools, doctors offices and other places where one must strip.

He was so used to it that he could only sleep naked which wouldn't be an issue if he wasn't sleepwalking from Time to time.

All of this to the delight of Emily his twin sister and some of his friends that loved to humiliate him.
