You went for a few simple questions first to try and figure out her tolerance. Making her drink only water from now on and giving her a curfew stricter than Mom’s were both met without any resistance, albeit hypothetically. You didn’t actually put either of the two into effect but knowing that she was willing to accept your order, even if she was against it was some good information to get.

With the few testing questions out of the way, you moved onto asking a more interesting one.

“So if for example, both of us were at home and you wanted to change your outfit, would you accept having to ask me for permission before you did so? Obviously if one of us isn’t at home or if I’m asleep you wouldn’t need permission but I may need to see what your changing into” you put forward.

“Oh I like that one more than the others! Yeah sure!” Sarah excitedly replied, almost bouncing in her seat at the thought of it.

Sarah had always been quite fashion-oriented so the fact that she was willing to let you make changes to her outfit was a big enough decision on its own, let alone her having to ask you for permission beforehand. You actually quite liked this one and decided you might as well try it out.

Some of the specifics were changed to make it less annoying for the both of you, like her not needing to ask you before school due to her getting up so late and if she was planning on having a shower or bath then she only needed to tell you beforehand to save you both time. Plus you got to have the choice of joining her in the shower without using the KDK effect which was always a plus.

You knew there might be other changes needed that you hadn’t thought of, but for now, you finalised the decision with a very happy Sarah and watched as she couldn’t contain herself.

“This is gonna be great, you won’t regret this either.” Sarah added with a look of genuine happiness on her face.

There was no way either of you would be able to go back to studying at this point given the revelations Sarah had given you, so you closed the book you were reading from and that seemed to be the cue for Sarah to get up from where she was sat. She got closer to you and gave you a hug that felt almost suffocating as she squeezed you as tight as she possibly could, finally letting go when she felt you tap her arm.

She picked up her own books and joyfully left the room, not even thinking of saying goodnight and from how she almost skipped out of the room, you found it say to say she was still off in her own little world. You had hoped this would have just been a simple study session but you were left feeling a mix of confusion and exhaustion, not knowing where to start organising your thoughts on everything Sarah had told you.

You finished putting away the study materials and got up, just to then flop down on your bed to try and relax, finding it hard to stop yourself from thinking about everything that had been said. As a distraction, you decided to pull out your phone and load up the KDK. You needed to make sure Emma had her good dreams and it was late enough that she would be asleep, giving you the chance to add another intelligence upgrade for her without the additional pain she would normally get.

You pulled up your phone and went to load the app, unexpectedly seeing a notification that something new had occurred.

You had checked the time when you left Mom’s room and you didn’t see a notification when you looked at your phone then. That meant that something had changed since then but you hadn't done anything very sexual in that time and you were way too far away from Sarah’s level up for that last hug to change anything. Sure you had rested your foot against her leg for a while, just to wrack up the seconds, but it was still far from her twenty thousand total that you needed.

With no other clues, you stopped unnecessarily thinking about what it could be and just clicked the notification, bringing up the details the notification had mentioned.

The lines now filling your screen didn’t go into much detail but the fact that you had somehow managed to stumble onto a hidden effect and in the process level up, was something you could only consider blind luck. Just to make sure you weren’t missing anything you quickly checked your own profile before moving on to everything else.

Yep, you had levelled up alright. Just seeing that you were now level 6 after what had felt like ages being stuck at level 5 brought a smile to your face and the fact that you now had an additional 2 perk points instead of just the one was just icing on the cake. You wanted to check them now but your curiosity regarding the hidden effects was greater so you closed out of there and moved to the information page, seeing a new section detailing what you needed to know.

Hidden Effects
From keeping a close eye on one or more of your subjects, you should now have discovered that some of the information regarding a subject's Kinks has been kept hidden from you and is not being displayed on their status page. That is until you managed to find exactly what was hidden about them in the first place.

This may have been through luck and careful investigation but now that you have noticed, you will be able to see exactly what was hidden from you regarding the subject you have investigated. Make no mistake, these effects have been around since the very start of when this subject was registered for the KDK and although the effect may get stronger with each level up, these hidden effects have been around the whole time and aren’t something new.

As such, your subjects will act no differently now that this page has been unlocked but you may now feel more vigilant in investigating your other subjects(if you have any) than before.

A subject’s hidden effect will now be visible on their profile but for convenience, I have built in a system to show all available hidden effects below.

With the hidden effects page coming to an end, you felt some of the pieces you hadn’t been able to figure out click into place. You still had no clue as to what any of the other subjects' effects could be but you hadn’t really suspected anything had changed in the first place so now you would hopefully spot them more easily.

You did feel a bit strange about Sarah seeing herself as your possession instead of a person and the fact that she saw other subjects as the same also seemed concerning but the fact that it hadn’t caused any issues so far, made you feel a little less worried.

With the effect stuff out of the way and your head feeling clearer you decided to move back and take a look at your perk screen while you had the chance.
