a transformation

I let out a yell as i fell to the ground. I turn around quickly only to see the portal close. I keep my ears open listening for the buzzing sound only for the woods to be silent. I also use this time to look around the area.

unlike the marshlands before these woods looked similar to the woods, I would find around Konoha. As I look around, I spot the biggest tree and move to climb it. hopefully with a bird's eye view i can figure out where I am.

"As I take the first few steps my body lights up and I can feel a searing pain. "What the hell," I yell as I fall to my knees. my whole-body hurts but the pain is more focused on my lower back and on top of my head. after a few minutes the pain stops and i can catch my breath.

"What was that," I ask. I reach up to rub my head only to freeze as I feel something furry on my hand. as I squeeze the furry object, I realize I can feel something being squeezed. I also felt a weight on my back. turning around I can see a tail. thinking quick I make a clone.

the clone appears and I can only stare at it. on my head was a pair of fox ears and three fox tails coming out of my tail bone. "What the hell why did this happen," I ask out loud.

"I might know," said the fox.

"Okay tell me," I demanded.

"Well, you see," the fox said. "We may be further from home than you think."

"So, you know where we are," I asked him.

"Not exactly," he said. "You see when people travel to other dimensions, they become bound to the new dimensions rules. your transformation was because I was in you making the dimension see you as a kitsune."

"Wait are you saying that we are in a different dimension," I said in shock.

"It appears to be the case," said the fox.
