a walk through the woods

I Just walked thought he woods as I thought about what the fox told me. could I really be in another dimension. as much as I did not want to believe it, I could not think of any reason for the fox to lie to me about that. after all it would be easy to be proven false the moment I reach a town. of course, that is if they do not have a problem with my new status. it could be even worse than before.

I shook my head to get out of that dark thought. right now, I needed to think of solutions not nightmares of the past. okay assuming I am in another dimension what all do I need to do. well first I need to learn about this world I am in. if a portal opens to bring people here then there must be a portal that can send me home. But before I can take that portal, I would need to track down all the missing girls. this portal is most likely the thing that made them all disappear. the buzzing sound it made matches the description I had been told.

that made me stop and frown. "Why only girls," I said out loud. only girls have disappeared before now why no men have disappeared thanks to those portals. do they only target females if so why. where they a natural thing or was someone making them. nodding my head I think that makes the most sense. someone must be making the portals and have them target girls.

"But if I was to go through all that trouble why not have someone there to grab me," I said out loud. I want to believe I could have fought them off, but the pain from the transformation had thrown me off. It would have been the perfect time to grab me. I let out a growl in frustration as I kept getting more questions while no answers were available to me.

after walking for an hour, I soon come across a dirt road. smiling since road meant intelligent life I pick to go east down the road. hopefully this will lead me to a place that can get me some answers.
