Zack's dream come true

Zack entered the change room with the rest of the team and changed into his uniform. Zack sat on the bench beside Brandon waiting for Coach Harper to enter and present the starting line up for today's game. "Hey Zack, did you hear about the invite to Heather's cabin this weekend?" Brandon asked. Brandon had been a good friend of Zack's since he had tutored him on the insistence of Ashley who was and old family friend.

"I did. It sounds like we're coming." Zack said.

"Alright!" We're going to have so much fun." Brandon said with a smile patting Zack on the shoulder. Coach Harper stepped into the change room and the room went silent. Sam Harper, the coach for the Azure Rocks Bears for the past five years, and was the phys ed teacher at Azure Rocks. He had been a successful college basketball player, and was giving back by coaching the high school program the rocketed him onto the college scene. Coach Harper was an easy man to approach, and Zack had gone to him for advice outside of basketball on a number of occasions.

"Alright guys, quiet down. I have a change to announce to our usual line up. As you might have noticed, Charlie Marx isn't here today, in fact I'm not sure when he will return. It seems as if the ankle injury he suffered last game was more serious than we initially thought. To replace him at the point guard position I will promote Zack Bishop to the starting lineup. Any objections?" The coach asked as Brandon cheered and slapped Zack on the back. Zack couldn't believe it, this had been his dream for the longest time, he had dreamed of being in the starting lineup of a game for his whole high school career.

"Ok, well good luck tonight Zack, and congrats on your first start boy. Alright everyone get in here." Coach Harper said as he got everyone into a huddle. "1-2-3 Bears!" Coach Harper led the cheer as he led the boys out onto the court.

Zack saw a few surprised faces as his name appeared on the screen showing the starting lineups, but he didn't care, he put in the hard work and deserved to be where he was. Zack participated in the shoot around with his team, though he could tell that a number of his teammates and the opposing team were distracted by the Azure Rocks cheerleaders. They had built quite the reputation of being the best cheerleading group in the state, and for good reason. Not only were the girls immensely beautiful, but they were amazingly talented as well. He watched as Heather did some acrobatics and Ashley did the splits.

"I hope you can find a girl who can do the splits on you in bed Zack." Brandon said as he took a shot beside him.

"I never truly appreciated how amazing they are. I sometimes wonder if the fans come to see us or them." Zack laughed.

"With how terrible we are this year, the likelihood is that we probably don't have very many fans here tonight." Brandon said. The Azure Rocks Bears were last place in the conference standings, and they were playing against the number one high school team in the state. Everyone knew to expect a blow out tonight.

As Jared Lockett the centre for the Bears and the other team's centre lined up at half court, Zack looked out into the stands and saw Chloe and Gavin waving at him and even saw Grace sitting not too far from them. The ball went up and it was tipped back to Zack as the Bears won the opening tip off. Zack passed the ball to Kevin Jackson, the captain of the team, and the game was on.

Meanwhile, back at Ms Moreau's place Logan Ravers ran a hand through his unkept hair as he got out of the bed he had been sharing with Mary Moreau. He looked to his side and saw the beautiful body of his literature teacher naked and content as she had drifted off to sleep after their passionate love making. Logan and Mary had been sneaking off and having sex after school at least a couple of times a week for the past three months. Logan caressed Mary's sleeping body stopping at and squeezing her ass causing her to stir.

"Mmm, Logan? You ready for round two are you?" Mary smiled at him tiredly.

"You know it, but I should get back home. I told me parents I would be home by a certain time, they don't like to be kept waiting." Logan explained.

"I know." Mary sighed. "I'll see you tomorrow in class then I guess?" Mary asked.

"You bet you will." Logan said kissing her curvy ass as a goodbye.

"Hey!" Mary laughed and swatted him away. "Get out of here." She laughed watching his cock swing before him as he put on his clothes that laid at the foot of the bed. Mary sighed contentedly and drifted back off to sleep.

Logan slipped quietly out of Ms. Moreau's house through the back door and locked up behind him with the spare key that was kept beneath the planter's box beside the door. Logan got into his Audi R8 Coupe, the only thing he owned that showed just how wealthy his family really is, and drove back home to Raver's manor, where the whole Raver's clan lives.

Back at the Azure Rocks gym where the Bears trailed the Chiefs by four with two minutes left. The crowd was much more into the game now that the chances of a blow out were much slimmer. In fact the plugin starter Zack Bishop had been a revelation so far, with 21 of the teams 56 points so far.

Zack dribbled the ball up the court and kept his eye on the clock, he would never have though that the Bears had stood a chance against the Chiefs, but here they were within striking distance. He heard the faint cheers of his name in the raucous crowd, but knew that the real praise should go to his team, who had played amazingly, especially Brandon, who had always expressed his favoritism for football. Brandon had been playing huge on the glass gobbling up rebounds against much larger opponents, and getting the ball to his teammates up the court before the Chiefs could get back and defend.

Zack spotted a cutting Brandon slip behind the defenders and slipped a pass to him which Brandon layed up and in to cut the deficit to two points with less than two to go. Zack guarded the three point line as Coach Harper yelled at them to eliminate the three point play. Zack watched as the ball was sent into the middle of the paint where a Chief's player was looking to get to the basket. The ball was deflected by a Bears player and landed in Brandon's hands before he promptly threw it up court to a racing Zack who layed it up and in and was fouled. Zack yelled in celebration and had never heard the building get so loud. Brandon and the rest of the team came over and hugged him as the Chiefs called their final time out.

"Jesus Christ Bishop, we may actually win this game." Coach Harper said excitedly before quickly reverting back to his business minded manner. "The game's not over yet. If we get this free throw in, we're up by one with less than thirty seconds to go, which is still plenty of time for them to get a bucket. We're going to have to play no fouls, play them off the three point line, and don't foul. Got it?"

"Yes sir." Zack said as the rest of the team agreed. Zack walked up the to t eh foul line and went through his motions before being handed the ball by the ref. Zack shot the free throw up and in to help the Bears take a one point lead, as the Bears rushed back on defense. Kevin Jackson basically ended the game as he stripped the ball from the usually sure handed opposing point guard and carried it down the court for an easy jumper putting the bears up by three. All the Chiefs could do was inbound and get a shot off that landed short, and the Azure Rocks Bears pulled off the victory.

Zack was mobbed by is teammates and then by his coach as the game became a bright spot in an otherwise crappy season so far for the Bears.
