Once your happy with how you look, you also adjust other sliders to make your body more sensitive and to give yourself plenty of stamina.

Then, you move to the mental tab. Your shocked to see your sexuality only 95% for women, so you up that to 100%. You also make yourself slightly smarter and give yourself a decent libido; a minimum of one orgasm a day should suffice.

You then click on the details tab and decide not to touch most of the information. Then you notice an 'Extra Details' section at the bottom. It makes you curious.
