Your thoughts spin in circles.

"I can't go back to Rathkin..." you start. Your eyes shift down for a brief moment before moving back up, looking at the woman laying next to you.

"Oh?" Lilyann questions you. She looks awfully cute as her head tilts to the side and her left eyebrows raises up, her body questioning what you just said.

"I need to go to the Sicilian Syndicate." you say

Lilyann's eyes open up wider as her head tilts backwards "The Syndicate?" she asks "Why would you go there? It's nothing but dust and bones?"

You hesitate for a moment, still not sure if you should tell her the truth, you gulp down a giant ball of saliva.

"Please?" Lilyann whimpers "Darien, you can trust me..." her head now drops down, resting itself on your chest. You wrap your arm around her body, holding her close.

Lilyann has always been there for you, ever since you came to Karisi's house, Lilyann was there watching you. She caught you in your worst moments and kept it to herself. She was always there, watching over you, always there, taking care of you...There are many people in this world you can't trust, but she is one of them.

"My sister" you start "My Errian sister is there."

Lilyann lifts her head up from your chest, her eyes staring back into your "Errian?" She whispers "Are you serious?"

Your head tilts to the side, looking towards a wall, not able to look at Lilyann "I'm Errian...well...errr...was Errian my whole life." you begin "Until Commander Rixx attacked my village over 5 years ago. My sister stood up for us and Rixx took her from me. I've been searching for her ever since that day."

"Errian...fighting for Rathkin?" Lilyann gasps lightly "If they find out about this, everything that Karisi worked for...everything that you fought for...will be null and void." she shakes her head lightly.

"Fuck Errian." you state "They took advantage of my family, they took advantage of village. Fuck them!" you yell at Lilyann

"But you're not a Rathkin soldier...that's the problem." she quietly states "Karisi said you were...if the kings and queens find out...huge consequences..." she gulps in a giant sum of air "I thought you were just some lowly slum fighter from Rathkin...not a piece of shit from Errian..."

"Those fucking soldiers took advantage of Claire." you grumble. "Errian died when Commander Rixx destroyed my village. Now, it's just me and my sister. That's my journey. That's my goal. That's my life!" your voice stumbles out "So do what you want, Lilyann, but I"m going to the Syndicate. I NEED to find her. I NEED to make sure she's alive. I NEED to get Claire back!" your body, shaking with anger.
