The Ultimatum

"Darien..." Lilyann starts, her hands gripping around your body hard as her cheek comes down to rest on your chest "You need to do what you need to do." she begins "But if you don't come back to Rathkin, Karisi will be pissed, your prize purse will be null, your soon to be royal fighter status could be void to Rathkin."

You look to your left, noticing the pouch that has always been around your waist, you bring your arm over towards it and lift it closer to you, opening the pouch you see gold coins inside and your prized possession. You suck in air, letting out a slow, long, deep breath. Your lips give a light smirk as you see the purple tulip in your pouch, still sitting there, still giving you hope. Your mind wanders, thinking about Karisi, and how she took you in, trained you hard, she could give you great wealth and power, she could give you the most out of your life. You could potential wed her and become one of the strongest and most wealthiest rulers in the lands. You and Karisi could dominate this realm if you try hard enough. Then you feel Lilyann's hand lightly rub against your stomach. Lilyann really cared about you, you feel you could spend the rest of your life with Lilyann, you could run away with her, start your own life and live it happily ever after. You knew she cared about you. You knew she would do anything for you. Lilyann was probably one of the only woman in the world that would drop everything for you.

"Darien" Lilyann begins "Are you going to stay here with me, and regain your strength? Will you leave now to get back to Rathkin as soon as possible to get back to Karisi? Or will you venture alone to the north, to get to the Syndicate?" She hestitates "I'm sorry, but I refuse to go to the Syndicate with you..."
