You must prevent Tess from lactating!

The morning's excitement has passed and you now stand in your bed chamber. Tess' body strains as she hangs from the wrist restraints against the cool stone wall. Her wrists have been bound high above her head. Her ankles are bound by a spreader bar shoulder width apart below her. she is naked except for her diamond collar and 6 inch heels. Her long brown hair flows down her shoulders and over her large 34J-breasts.

"Tess," Mistress Jade's voice cuts across the room, "Areli, your best friend, will be punishing you for the last night you are together. The Queen has decided that you will be prevented from lactating for the next 4 hours."

Tess' face grows with worry. It has only been a few days since her augmentation procedure and her breasts are already capable of producing a liter of milk an hour! You hope that she has been allowed to drain before!

Mistress Jade hands you two thick rubber bands, "I think you know what to do with these..."

Tess' eyes plead down at you, but she knows not to protest in front of Mistress Jade. You take a reticent step towards her and watch her snuffle back towards the wall. Her eyes grow wider as you take another timid step towards her. I don't want to do this! you think at her as loudly as you can. She must be able to read the expression on your face. She gives you a knowing nod.

You reach her and cup one of her breasts. They are heavy and firm. She has not been allowed to drain! This is horrible! Tess shuffles her ankles in the wide spreader bar. You try to steady her still cupping her breasts. You measure their fullness pushing back from inside. Milk begins to leak from the nipple.

"Take a deep breath, Tess. I imagine this is going to feel uncomfortable," you whisper to her.

"Thank you, Areli. I know you will be as gentle as you can," she whispers back.
