Honestly while there was a choice present, realistically there was only going to be one outcome. Neither you or Gab knew what might await you had you turned the offer down, although you both heavily suspected it had to be much worse for you both, let alone the new lives growing inside of you. So after a short bit of deliberation you both agree to accept the offer the Dutchess gave you.

The next day the two of you were escorted up the central elevator to some of the upper floors, and given a choice of a few apartments. Once more the level of comfort was disproportional to you personal freedoms, but there was plenty of room and you were given much more choice of your clothing.

The next day you started your first shift at your respective jobs, you were assigned a position overseeing repair drones as they roamed the labyrinthine halls and service ducts of the station. Gab was given a role direction the interstellar traffic, which again was mostly automated. You both had short shifts of four hours a day, staggered so that when you did give birth there was one of you in the apartment at all times.

The months went by, and your bodies began to swell and grow, and hormones ran rampant leading to many enjoyable evenings in the apartment. You both made a few friends through work shifts and in and about the recreational decks you now had access to. Slowly but surely you both began to set down roots, and embracing your new situation, although there were more than a few times when you felt that urge to be free and travel.

Gab surprised you just before you both entered your final trimester, by proposing to you. Even requesting some leave for a week so you both could have a semblance of a honeymoon and a pleasant ceremony. The actual Honey moon comprised of spending the week fucking in every corner of every room in your apartment.

Finally the big day came where you were whisked off to the medical wing on your floor as you went into labour. A heavily pregnant Gab doing her best to be supportive, until she went into labour as well a few hours in. Thankfully the medics were on hand to help you through it all, although the pain blockers helped somewhat. Within 24 hours you and Gab had four bundles of joy between you.

Your new lives really started after that, any thoughts of escape died away being replaced with doing what you could for you children.
