It's pretty easy to track down Eliza, given that everyone is stuck on the mansion grounds until the end of the event. What hasn't been so easy is to find a moment where you and Eliza are truly alone. She seems fascinated by the different magicians but doesn't stay in one place for long, and she's mingling with crowds like it's her natural habitat.

You're going to need to get creative if you want a private session with her.
