You decide to take part

You have a fair amount money on you, so you decide it may be fun to try to win the auction.

You rise your hand, "100 dollars!"

The other attendants keep raising the price, but you don't give up. The hypnosis seems real, and it would be very fun to have Eliza to yourself.

You raise your hand again "500!"

Everyone here is clearly pretty wealthy, but you refuse to give up. Another minute of rising goes on before you decide to go again.

You raise our hand once again, "1000!"

Alex waits to see if anyone else goes, but everyone remains silent.

He speaks again, "Three, two, One! Alright, this young lady goes to the gentleman on the fifth row!"

You are very eager to begin. The audience slowly leaves while Alex beckons for you to come over.

When you reach him, he speaks, "Alright, she is yours, hand over the money. The hypnosis should be permanent, and she will follow your every command"

You decide to test out the hypnosis, so you look at Eliza.

"Three jumping jacks, now"; you command her.

Still with that mindless look, she obeys your command. Happy with the results, you hand Alex the money. After thanking you for the purchase, he disappears mysteriously. You then lead Eliza to your car. Once she is in, you drive home, and decide to have some fun before going to sleep.
