You are ready!

"I am ready Rachel! I passed the academy with the best score around. I'm ready for whatever is out there!" You say.

Rachel looks at you with distant, "That's what they all say. All the ones who are ready that is. The ones that are-"

"Enough." Says Morgath, "Rachel we go in. Cover the rear. Standard rescue procedure. David back me up. We move slow and steady. Eyes open, attacks like this often draw in other mutants who hope to take advantage of it."

Rachel's eyes narrow but she says nothing. Morgath and you start moving toward the place where the last scream came from. Not long after you do you start to hear a slimy sound as well as what you think is a human voice. As you move further you can start to make out words.

"No. No no please no. I don~" You hear a gasp and what sounds like a mixture of a moan and a sob. "Please stop. please no no." The squishing sound gets louder and as Morgath pushes some bushes aside you see whats making it.

You appear to have stumbled into a small clearing where there isn`t any grass covering the brown earthy soil. The clearing is about twenty feet around and in it you see three Spa plants.

You know these from the academy. They are relatively common mutants that live mostly underground. Most of the time the only thing visible is a green circle around 3-5 feet wide that outlines the bell of the plant. When prey steps on the ground inside that circle the trap springs. The bell erupts from the ground and attempts to engulf the prey. Mature ones can engulf a 6 foot tall human without any trouble but young ones often can only get to around the waist. From there tendrils from inside the bell secure the prey and start to drag it deeper into the bell. The Bell's inner walls contain smaller tendrils that move in downward strokes to help push prey deeper into the bell. Inside the bell are fluids that digest clothes and armor as well as specialized feeding tendrils that attach to the prey's vagina or penis. On attachment the prey is stimulated and the fluids are harvested. A smaller tendril pushes into the preys ass to help keep the bell of the plant clean and to further stimulate the prey. Once the prey is full engulfed the bell sinks back underground and the prey is **** to cum repeatedly until their life **** has been harvested. The plant will often keep victims alive for days as it harvests the fluids.

You take all this in almost instantly. The clearing is bare dirt so you can see the outline of the bell of one of the spa plants. Its right in front of you and Morgath but thankfully neither of you have stepped in it. Behind the outline and to the right you see one of a Spa plant that has completely emerged from the ground and is closed. You assume it must have recently caught someone as it hasn't sunk into the earth yet. You don't have time to take in any more detail before your eyes are drawn to the source of the whimpering and of the squishing sound.
