You're a patient.

You close your eyes for a moment and when you open them you find that you are lying in a hospital bed. You wonder why you are in hospital and then realize that your hands are in casts. As this sinks in you hear a female voice say "Good morning Mr. Doe", look up and see a very attractive young nurse entering your room. "My name is Chloe and I'll be looking after you today. Now, according to your chart I'm going to need to do everything for you that would require your hands. I guess that would include feeding you, washing you and helping you go to the toilet, along with anything else you need. So what would you like me to do for you first?"
