Yes and No

Parked at No-Name Generic Hospital, it was supposed to say General but the city charter forbade the company to give it such a specific identity, Susan got out and went to help her weeping tormentor. Gina was sat in her own filth, having gone to the bathroom in her own pants, well skirt and panties, that Susan had helped her get dressed in in the first place.

Gina had always been a major bitch, but having been so utterly helpless in the last day and a half, Susan couldn't help but pity her. She unbuckled Gina, helped her stand up, dealing with the terrible stink as Gina clung to her arm, now unable to walk on her own. The possibility that she could fuck up breathing and need help with that flashed across Susan's mind. She imagined needing to give her mouth to mouth constantly through the day, the taste of whatever chapstick Susan put on helpless Gina. Of course that was an unrealistic fantasy, as the solution would be some kind of life-support system, they always had those big metal tubes in cartoons called iron lungs, Susan wouldn't have to live making out with Gina 24/7.

Gina was trembling as she took uneasy steps, the mess in her panties adding more discomfort the whole ordeal, the giant wet patch that was the back of skirt loudly annoucing what happened to anyone and everyone before they get into smelling range. Here she was, in public, shit in her pants, any notion of ego or power evaporating.

In the ER intake, a few other patients are waiting, the heavy smell of sanitizing solutions fighting with Gina's strong odor, disgust spreads around her. At the counter Susan explains the situation.

"She has literally stopped functioning. Yesterday she couldn't figure out doors or zippers, I had to help her use the toilet, and now it's like she's not even potty trained. Her brain has to be messed up!" Susan explains, exasperated.

The big titted black reception nurse has tight set lips and is clealy holding back a sarcastic 'yeah, right' but she hands over a clip board. "Honey, you gotta fill this out before we do anything about anythang. And you." She directs to Gina, "Get your nasty ass to the bathroom and clean yourself, honestly, walking around with shitty britches, white women be cray."

So service isn't denied, but it certainly isn't enthusiastically given.
