Spinning to the lawyer, he said “That potential lawsuit: Go over the details of what was offered. If only the levels were offered and nothing else, we can use that to protect ourselves there.

“Get the programmers! We need to find out the actual leveling formula, and have it released, or updated if needed. Also, find out why it was also only partly released. Check the group XP formula as well! Make damn sure they make sense and that there are no flaws like what Garion mentioned!

“And while you’re at it, find out what else has been dropped, and why!

Someone called out weakly “But some would have retired.”

“I don’t care if you have to use an Ouija board! Get those answers!

A pause as he thought for a moment “Get PR on this! See if we can release the fact we are acting on this already released as fast as possible! Have them mention what we are doing. I know most people like to cover up problems and solve them without people realizing what is happening, but we can’t do that. People already know. The only way we can regain the public’s trust is if they can see we are fixing the problems that occurred BEFORE the current people here started.”

The CEO looked at this gofer, and nodded. Here was a guy who knew how to take charge when everything was going to hell, and possibly save their collective asses!
