Where is Alexis

Shelby was in shock as she tried to process the events of the last five minutes. Vampires were real and interesting hospital. Was anyone in there safe anymore and the started to think of her colleagues..and Alexis. Where was she?

"Has anyone seen nurse Alexis?"

Janice, an intern, I think I saw her going to the shower. She was covered in blood from the accident victim. That accident victim, she pointed to the pile of ash that was her patient.

Janice paused, and put her hand to her mouth in shock. "Yes Doctor."

Dr Rollins, ran to the security desk. And paged on of the guards on rounds. "Can you go to the showers and check nurse Alexis for me. She is not in the E. R and I am worried about her.

She paced the room while she waited form of the results. She jumped when she was paged to the security desk. "The shower is empty, there is some blood on the floor, but it doesn't look something happened to her."

Shelby Rollins started to worry, she paged the entire building looking for Alexis, when there was no answer, she began to call each ward looking for her. She had to be somewhere in the building.

"Please God. Don't let her be one of those things. I can't loose her to these monsters."
