Wendy's clothes go missing

Wendy hid herself naked in the big dryer, curling up so that her face pressed into her tits. She saw the blurry shape of a man come into the laundry room, make a lot of noise by the washing machines, and then leave after five minutes. She was mortified of being caught naked, so she waited another five minutes and then got out.

All the washers were empty and her clothes were missing. Worse, she just realized that she had tossed her apartment keys in with the wash, and she had locked her phone in her apartment, so she had neither keys nor phone nor clothes. Even the magazine was gone.

What Wendy missed was that the building superintendent had come by to clear out all abandoned articles from the washing machines and put them in the building lost and found. Wendy did not know about the building lost and found.

She needed to get some clothes somewhere. Wendy looked at the staircase, and at the elevator. It was 2am. Could she knock on a neighbour's door, or maybe try for the all-night convenience store down the block?
