Waiting

Time passed and I was certain that the late afternoon, during which I had arrived, had long ago given way to the press of night.

As **** as I was to bother Christy after my previous question, I needed any more information she had and it seemed that she had moved past that blunder, so I asked, “Christy, do you know anything about the people who are supposed to be bidding in the auction?”

With a deep breath, she said, “Yeah, a bit. There are supposed to be five whales, to use a gambling term, and several minor players.”

“Can you tell me about them?”

“The first is Esteban. He’s supposed to be violent and impulsive. The second is called Primero Rosales. Where Esteban is **** and impulse, Primero Rosales is **** and precision. The third is known as Fabián. He’s reputed to be the playboy of the group, or as close as a bunch of fucking evil bastards can get.”

Christy lets out a huff and continued, “Fourth is Marco Espinosa-Durán. Apparently, he’s a replacement for some other guy who didn’t make it. He’s supposed to be very aloof, considering himself to be the most important person at any event. And, the last one is called Heraldo. He’s supposed to be the pickiest of the group, rarely bidding, but willing to pay a fortune for whatever he deems ‘special’.”

“Wow, that’s a lot to take in. How did you convince him to tell you so much?” I asked

“I gave him a blowjob while he buried his face in Selena’s tits,” Christy answered matter of factly.

Upon hearing her name, a very generously endowed woman with severe acne scars asked, “Christy, ¿conoces a esta mujer?”

“Un poco. Ella es la hermana de mi amigo,” Christy answered.

“Oh, uh, no, lo siento,” Christy answered and Selena also shook her head while the final two girls ignored us.

Glad for the information, even as I was sorry for what Christy had to do to get it, I considered our next move.
