Visit the City Guard

You head to the barracks. The city guard is stationed out of here, and aside from the soldiers which regularly go in and out, it's not overly imposing. Though the location has a moderate level of activity, and is decent in size; it does seem to be less imposing than it would otherwise be. Architecture is low to the ground, and you suspect that much of the construction is below ground, despite being close to the sea. If you didn't know it was here and specifically sought it out, you would likely have trouble locating it; you suppose they don't want visitors often. If you don't have specific purpose here, it would probably be best to simply head elsewhere.
