Robb and Demon got to the kitchen to see if help was needed and saw their mom and Angel finish preparing the food for the table. Their mom asked them to set the table. Their dad had sent a text that he was on his way which Demon explains to Robb means that he sent "OMW" to their mom. The brother and sister look at each other and start laughing at how much their dad hates to use cell phones if not for work. Angel ends up laughing a bit with them while bringing food out but points out that Robb is not much better.

Demon waits for Angel to go back into the kitchen before asking Robb, "Why does she say that? I know you don't keep up with your phone but I never had trouble calling or texting you."

Robb shrugs, "I never had much reason to use my phone with her during high school as I would see her at home. I did not even take my phone to school most days as I never felt a need for it. You know I can lose my wallet in a heartbeat. A phone is not a priority to me so how much do you think I misplaced it?"

"Yes, I think the reason you always use a sling is not for your laptop or tablet but as a way to keep from losing your wallet, keys and phone."

"I plead the 5th," Robb replies and they both chuckle before hearing their mom yell at them about making sure everyone has a drink.

With dinner almost done, Mr. Fields asks, "Figure now would be a good time to discuss the future."

"The future?" asks everyone at the table almost in perfect sync. Mrs. Fields looks displeased. The kids, as the parents still see them, all seemed a little confused.

"I am not sure how much more schooling that Demon plans to do full time. Robb has some ideas he wants to try. Angel is just starting college," Mr. Fields begins, "I am not asking for hard details but more like what some sort of goal for the next 4 to 5 years."

"Ummmm..... I have a plan with Xandria and Lisa that we want to pursue which includes getting Master degrees. Think James is going to do it because he enjoys school still and Seki is hoping to extend her student visa while working on citizenship," Demon says while squirming, "That means will probably keep our tutoring group going."

"Did you get another scholarship? You have not talked to me and your mother hasn't said anything about financial help," Mr. Fields looks at Demon with a confused look.

"I make enough from tutoring to pay for what I need and take a few classes. Still discussing with the other girls if we will go full time or try to set up or business and go to school."

"Ok, I want to know more about this business but we can talk after the other two have had a chance and seems like the table is not best place for that with the food here," her dad says as he looks at Robb, "I know we sort of discussed short term but wanted to know what you were thinking longer term."

Robb frowns and while looking deep in thought, "I was thinking more of a personal manager. I like the idea of organizing lives. I do not like having every day be the same but always have enjoyed my games that have me figure out how to fit together a character's day and plan out for the future. I do not know if being a personal assistant or manager would work but want to try."

"Ok. Sounds like you have an idea and so I figure that you are taking time now doing things to figure out how to get there if you want. Mona might know if there is a program for career planning."

Angel jumps in, "There is online places for that so Robb might be able to use that or maybe get help in finding in person help if he prefers. My plan is to get my degree but figure out as it goes if going for a Masters or if I will go work for dad."

"Ted had told me he offered you a job but you wanted a degree first. You don't have keep us informed of everything you do but while under our roof, I expect to have a basic knowledge of what you are doing."

Mr. Fields pushes back his plate and stands, "I wanted all three of you to think for a moment about the future. The future? was your response as if was surprised. The future is unknown. Unknown. That means plans change, life change, and so much more. The unknown does not stop us from moving forward. When life gets tough and throws the unknown your way that it might alter the future. Me and Ellen have three wonderful children that we are proud of and they were all unknown variables that we embraced. Our plan was to have a happy family. Our plan did hit obstacles that could have stopped us but we found solutions. Never give up."

Mrs. Fields gets up and kisses Mr. Fields. She looks at the kids and adds, "Remember that you have people who will help carry the load also."

Mr. Fields looks each of three still sitting in the eye to make sure they know he is serious, "We will have more discussions but most will be individually. I just wanted to do this as Robb is 18 now and that adds responsibility to how one lives and we are all living together so figure we should sort of know what each plans to do. Mona, I would like to hear more about this business. We can go sit in living room and talk or we can wait for after the table is cleared if you prefer here."

"I don't really have anything to show yet. We have been discussing but this summer is when we plan to work out how we want to do it," Demon fidgets, "I think I prefer the living room."

"Ok, I am going to go check on work while the table is cleared." Mr. Fields heads towards the living room while everyone else cleans up.

Demon says she will help Robb get the dishes done. Mrs. Fields put the food away while they do so and Angel returns to her room saying she was calling her mom.

Demon asks Robb after their mom leaves, "What do you think that was all about?"

Robb blushes and looks away from her, "I think dad is worried about babies."

"Babies? Why wou? OH!! He just had a talk with me when younger but he pointed out you being 18 and Angel living here," Demon's face goes through different emotions and looks at Robb while laughing, "He must be warning you and Angel as he even brought up us being born."

"He also wanted to know what you are doing. Ness is already living her life while mom and dad are not going to follow you when you get a job. What is this business with your friends going to be?"

Demon stops and thinks before replying, "You are probably right. Guess he wanted to shake us up a bit. I know he told us how many of the kids he recruiter expected to an action hero and ended up in the kitchen. You can listen as I explain to dad. We still have lots of research and training to do before we would be ready to start."

They both talk about their dad and the discussion as it relates to what they hoped to do in life. Demon wants to succeed but Robb confides that he struggles to find something that keeps him interested. Robb says he might end up a factory worker or a security guard because one is just repetitive and the other gives potential of free time to pursue other interests. Demon tries to be encouraging but does not know what to say to that. They finish up in the kitchen and go see their dad.

"We are done," Demon tells her dad as she sits down on the couch with Robb.

"Ok, you said this business is in the planning stages so what is being planned?" dad asks.

"Image consultant. This is from when you and mom convinced me to look for something to occupy myself after we moved and the lockdown," starts Demon, "I took some classes to know more about beauty care. The more I did, the more I found there was so much. Did you know in South Korea that plastic surgery is the norm? That is part of some of what I took classes on. There is body sculpting, make-up, hair, teeth and so many pieces to a whole look of a person."

Demon stops and breathes for a moment before continuing, "Xandria loves when she gets a chance to spend hours making outfits from online wardrobes as a way to relax. Lisa loves to learn about make-up and what works in different concepts. I love learning about how plastic surgery can make significant life changes but there are also silicone parts that one can use. I brought up how I wanted to help people feel good about themselves and we got to talking and talking. That was two years ago and we have been taking some online courses to help."

Demon stops and looks at her dad who appears to be thinking and says, "Continue."

"So what we want to do is figure out how to access a lot of information about these things and make databases of them. We need to find someone that can help with that and James seems like he might be willing. From these databases, we want to have a way to talk with the customer and work at making sure they know what they want and show them what we pull from the databases that would be a possible way to get as close as they want. Part of why I want to do this is because one seminar that I watched was about cosplay and how they work together in some ways but not everything is easy," explains Demon and stops to breathe again.

Robb and their dad just sit and watch her.

She does not seem any judgement and relaxes a bit and then continues, "We pretty much want to help people reach the style that they want in the best way for them. We would want to also work on where to refer people to whether that is doctors, stores, coaches, or anything else they might need. We know we can't do that at the start so trying to narrow down what we can do. We don't want to do a makeover and be done with the person. We want to offer them the to achieve what the person wants. Most makeover shows we watch take a bit of the person's opinion but normally pushes them towards a style. We want the customer to tell us what style they want and we help them figure out how to do that. We want to give the plan and will be willing to help modify that plan but the customer decides what to do. We also know that all of this might be impossible but want to try at least."

"So you want to be consultant that helps people know how to look how they want? No matter how bizarre?" her dad asks.

"There are girls who have flat bodies who want to look like a bimbo and we want to help them figure out how they want to do. That could be with clothing that adds the look or surgery. The customer decides that and we want to refer them to where to accomplish that. The same for curvy girls who want to hide some of their shape. That can be done with clothes or surgery. That is just some basic examples as we want to do more than just that."

"Ok, I have no idea what to do. I know that I can't say anything positive or negative because I don't understand and think that is ok," he says and looks over at Robb, "Your brother doesn't seem to have much to add so we can stop there. You did a good job of throwing a question about the future right back in my face. I heard good things in what you told me but I have no idea if or how you will accomplish it."

He gets up and goes over to give Demon a hug and a quick rub on Robb's shoulder, "I am going to spend some time with your mom. Sleep well and don't stay up too late."

"Good night, dad," they say together.

"Want to watch a movie?" Robb asks.

"Don't you want to talk about what I said?" Demon asks with a expected look.

"I think the idea sounds great. The number of cosplay that I see that looks horrible but people praise bugs me. You wanting to help people avoid looking bad like that sounds great if you can do it. Do you want to watch a movie?"

Demon slugs Robb, "Ok, we can watch a movie but I am not sure I like how you view what I want to do," before grabbing a blanket and leaning back.

The movie starting credits are playing when Angel comes into the room. She looks at the tv and asks if she can join. Robb says yes before Demon can say anything.

Demon wants to kick Angel off the couch when Angel drops down on the other side of Robb and curls up to him then pulls the blanket over her as well. Demon does notice that Robb is fine with what Angel did but that it was more mechanical. She smiles as she feels her brother is smarter about Angel than he knows.
